In these sessions the issues that limit the manager’s effectiveness are discussed.

During the preliminary in depth conversation needs and issues are identified which form the basis of the subsequent coaching sessions.

 

What is his or her style of management?

 Which convictions are involved?

How does the manager manage him/herself?

How can management become leadership?

 

 Through a process of introspection, the manager will discover his/her own unique strengths and talents and how to utilise these.

By applying these strengths and talents a specific style of management can be developed so that management or leadership can become truly authentic.

 

Three to five sessions in a period of six months to a year enable the manager to apply his/her insights and evaluate these for efficiency as they are brought into practice.
